The Challenge
HP, a Fortune 100 company with $53.6 billion in annual revenue, employs 58,000 people and operates in 170 countries. The company is undergoing a global digital transformation.
To support this initiative, PwC selected Brian Pia, independent management consultant and CEO of Trouncem, to lead internal communications planning for several key transformation components.
The Work
HP’s digital transformation focuses on delivering connected experiences, providing real-time supply chain insights, forecasting market trends, analyzing customer purchasing behavior, and digitizing operations across its business functions.
Brian conducted a thorough analysis of enterprise business planning, reporting, analytics, P&L, and supply chain initiatives.
He aligned these efforts with employee engagement drivers, developed and branded communication themes, and made strategic recommendations to increase awareness and drive employee adoption of the transformation initiatives.
The Results
These efforts are expected to boost HP’s revenue growth by enhancing operational efficiency. Although it is a multiyear journey, the transformation is progressing effectively.
The ARC Advisory Group has recognized HP as one of 25 companies leading the way in digital transformation.
