Creating a crisis management plan for a furniture retailer

Ubique is a fast-growing online furniture retailer. It owns nine brands. The company asked Trouncem CEO Brian Pia to create a crisis management and communications plan.

THE WORK

Brian conducted independent research, held discovery sessions with executives and managers, and reviewed policies and brand websites. He uncovered gaps, made recommendations for improvements, and created a crisis management and communications plan.

THE RESULTS

Ubique made the improvements Brian recommended. The company is ready should a crisis develop. “We very much appreciate your knowledge and expertise,” said Mary Hardin, Ubique Group VP of Brand Marketing.
